Another German-English Dictionary!

Beitrag von Bonnie » 31.01.2005 - 12:48

Hey everybody!

Here is another German-English Dictionary which I really like. I use it at work and it is really good. In my opinion even better than Leos which I used before!

Check it out if you like!

Cheers, Danni

Personally pons is still a very nice platform to use, or if you prefer something to the german "Duden" aquivalent oald.
If u need something more for slangs, just try urban in one of the major search engines and you will find some.

I too like Pons a lot. As for slang, http://www.urbandictionary.com/ is a really nice one. It has different explanations from people who use it and therfore, it is quite up to date. Also, there are some really funny words if you feel like browsing around. Not sure if all of those are actually used, though...

urbandic was the one i had in mind, but didnt want to post a link. Dunno how strict the Rulez are.
The dictionary reminds of my english lessons during my studies. Lots of laughs. Curse words ftw.
